Leader in Training

Position Overview

The Leader in Training (LIT) role is designed to develop future Team Leaders, Shift Leaders, and Directors within our restaurant. This 3–6 month leadership development program provides hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant operations while equipping high-potential team members with the skills, knowledge, and leadership abilities necessary to take on greater responsibility. This position is ideal for individuals who demonstrate strong character, initiative, a servant's heart, and a desire to lead others while creating remarkable guest experiences.
