Founded in 1953, Jerry Kuhn's Kwik Car Wash is one of the original conveyorized car washes in the United States, and at 220 feet, is the longest car wash in Ohio. Family Owned and operated and a community staple in Parma Heights, OH. Come be a part of our Kwik team!
Manager-In-Training
• $40,000-$55,000 + bonus
• This is a Manager-In-Training Position
• Manage 15 to 25 Hourly Employees
• Approximately 45-48 Hours a Week
• Provide Top-Notch Hospitality and Customer Service
• Be Able to Work as a Team with all of Kwik's Management to Ensure Daily Operations are Met and Handled.
• Ensure Every Customer's Vehicle Looks Amazing Before Handing it back to them
• Assure the Safety of all Employees and Customers
• Identify and Solve Any Issues with Car Wash Equipment or Supplies and Reduce Equipment Downtime
• Resolve all Customer Complaints in a Timely Fashion
• Decrease Damage Claims & Customer Complaints
• Maintain Company Standards for Cleanliness and Appearance
• Increase Revenue and Car Counts
• Achieve Quarterly and Annual Profit Goals
• Ensure that All Company Processes and Procedures are Being Followed
• Increase Employee Retention
• Continually Train and Work with Staff on their Skills and Customer Relations
• Perform Other Duties as Assigned
