Job description

The Manager in Training (MIT) is part of the local leadership team with Crunch Fitness. MITs work to build a supportive and engaging environment for members and team members alike while learning the skills needed to advance in the leadership structure. Expectations Achieve desired personal sales goals Achieve desired team revenue goals through leadership and motivation Inspire and develop your team members to consistently deliver an exceptional membership experience Be accountable to your team for creating an in-club environment that consistently drive for results at the membership services desk Recognize and celebrate individual and team successes Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.

Follow up with sales leads and prospects in a timely manner Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees Implement and support company programs and promotion to help generate new sales leads for optimum new membership growth. Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to the members. Ensure the club meets standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.

Support a Culture of Cleanliness by reinforcing to staff that cleanliness is everyones responsibility, not just the maintenance staff. Perform above average on all measurable Key Performance Indicators Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication Creative management techniques Effective time management and organizational skills Strong leadership skills Fitness management experience preferred Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required Employment Eligibility All applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED). This requirement is in place to ensure that all employees have the basic level of education necessary to perform the duties of their roles effectively
