Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated IT professional to partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where new and/or improved IT solutions can enable or advance the achievement of business goals and to subsequently lead the identification and delivery of these IT solutions.


This dual role is a business partner to stakeholders and has both project management and business analysis responsibilities. As Project Manager, the role will be responsible for management of simultaneous projects that involve both business and IT team members as well as working with senior stakeholders for project governance and overall organizational readiness. As Business Analyst, the role will provide expertise in the areas of business problem/opportunity identification, solution benefits and value definition, business requirements, business process analysis and design, and test planning and oversight.

Qualifications
  • Will serve as a Business Partner to support Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing and Product Management
  • Must have supported a Sales Department/Organization in past roles.
  • Not an IT Technical role but understanding of how to identify business requirements and recommend possible IT solutions but can be a non-IT business solution.
  • Very management support facing so MUST HAVE EXCEPTIONAL relationship skills
  • Ideal candidate will have MBA and Computer Sciences Degree OR Business Undergrad with MBA focus on technology solutions
