This is a great opportunity to be the first on board and be part of our US expansion. 

The Assistant Manager position will bring out and foster your entrepreneurial spirit. The role of Assistant Manager is responsible to assist in the growth of top line sales and help create a highly engaging and interactive in -store customer experience. The successful candidate will share the vision for their store to inspire and motivate the team.

Responsibilities

  • Outstanding personal sales
  • Training sales associates
  • A strong customer service environment
  • Execution mechandising standard and all other operation standards such as payroll, tasks, inventory and cash balancing

Requirements

  • 2+ years Assistant Management experience with in retailer
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Available evening and weekends
