As a Senior Manager of Procurement/Sourcing, you will develop complex global category strategies and guide cross-functional teams to optimize spend, enhance supplier relationships, and deliver continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to create significant business impact through strategic sourcing initiatives while growing within an innovative organization committed to integrity, intensity, involvement, and innovation.

A Day in the Life:

You will develop and execute multi-year sourcing strategies, negotiate global agreements, and build strong partnerships across the organization. You will also mentor procurement professionals and lead initiatives that drive value creation across the business.

· Preferred fields of study: Natural Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field

· Professional certifications preferred (CPSM, CPIM, PMP, or equivalent)

· 2 years of people management experience, including coaching and development

· International or multi-cultural work experience preferred

· Strong strategic CDMO business understanding and value chain knowledge

· Proven ability to research, develop, and execute multi-year strategies

· Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

· Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills

· Expertise in supplier and client relationship management

· Experience in contract development and business risk analysis
