Salary Depends on Experience: $80,000 - $120,000

  • Play a key role inassisting clients in implementing and optimizing their Project ManagementInformation Systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functionalteams and clients as the technical lead throughout the implementationprocess
  • Collaborate with clients tounderstand their project management requirements, specifically in the areaof Project Controls.
  • Design and configure PMIS solutionsto meet client needs, including data integration, reporting, and analyticscapabilities.
  • Provide guidance and best practiceson project controls processes, including cost management, scheduling, riskmanagement, and change control.
  • Conduct system assessments and gapanalyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops,training sessions, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful systemadoption.
  • Develop and deliver high-qualitydocumentation, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Support project teams during systemgo-live and post-implementation phases, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends,emerging technologies, and advancements in Project Controls methodologies.
Requirement:
  • Expertise in Project Controls is crucialin ensuring that the clients' projects are effectively monitored,controlled, and executed within predefined parameters.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering,Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master'sdegree is a plus.
  • Certifications such as PMP, UnifierImplementation Specialist, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-onexperience in implementing PMIS solutions, preferably in a consulting orprofessional services environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of ProjectControls principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Proficient in working withindustry-leading PMIS platforms, such as Primavera Unifier, Kahua,eBuilder.
  • Strong technical skills and abilityto configure and customize PMIS solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in projectmanagement methodologies and practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously and deliver results within defined timelines.
  • Willingness to travel occasionallyfor client meetings and project engagements.
