organization. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Implementation Specialist to support the deployment of our systems and solutions
for clients.
Job Overview:
As a Client Implementation Specialist, you will support the successful deployment of
our systems and solutions for clients. You will work closely with clients and internal
teams to help manage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure each stage of
the implementation process progresses smoothly.
In this role, you will help facilitate the implementation lifecycle - from project kick-off
through system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support. You will assist in
coordinating tasks, maintaining project documentation, and communicating updates to
stakeholders to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned
with our client's needs.
Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities will
help ensure a seamless implementation experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities associated with system deployment projects, including scheduling meetings, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project timelines.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project plans, implementation schedules, and status reports.
  • Support Project Managers by coordinating tasks across internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor project progress and help identify potential risks, delays, or dependencies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project milestones, action items, and scope updates.
Client Interaction:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients for scheduling, coordination and implementation updates.
  • Support project kick-off meetings and implementation discussions with clients to learn about technical requirements and project goals.
  • Communicate project updates, timelines, and next steps to ensure clients remain informed throughout the implementation process.
  • Help manage client expectations by ensuring timely follow-up and coordination of requests, creating a positive and professional experience.
System Implementation Support:
  • Assist with the configuration, customization, and integration of the system to meet client specifications.
  • Coordinate testing activities, track issues, and ensure resolution with internal teams.
  • Help facilitate client training sessions and prepare training materials as needed.
  • Provide coordination and support to clients during the go-live phase, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
Process and Continuous Improvement:
  • Gather feedback from clients and internal team after implementation to identify successes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in documenting and refining implementation processes and best practices.
  • Stay informed on our products and system updates, tools, and implementation procedures to support project success.

Qualifications:
Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer
    Science, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of
    education and experience will be considered.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination. implementation support, customer onboarding or related roles, preferably within a software, technology, or systems deployment environment.
  • Experience supporting client-facing projects or coordinating implementation activities.
Skills:
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Certifications:
  • Project coordination or project management certification such as CAPM,PMP, Scrum Master or similar certification is a plus.
