Hospitalist (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)
South Bend, IN
Full-time or Part-time | Flexible Scheduling

Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospitalist to join a collaborative, patient-centered care team in Mishawaka, Indiana. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time hours, this opportunity offers schedule flexibility, a manageable patient load, and a quick interview process.

Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inpatient care for adult medical patients in an acute or post-acute setting

  • Perform admissions, daily rounds, and discharges

  • Coordinate with nursing, case management, specialists, and families to optimize patient outcomes

  • Accurately document all patient encounters in the EMR

  • Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

  • Active Indiana medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Prior hospitalist or inpatient experience preferred

  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

Compensation & Schedule:
 Competitive hourly rate: $200 – $250/hr
 Flexible scheduling with shift length options
 Both full-time and part-time candidates encouraged to apply
