  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and key industry partners
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Promote a culture centered on safety, accountability, teamwork, and customer service
  • Partner with executive leadership to achieve regional business objectives and long-term growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing heavy equipment parts and service operations
  • Experience leading managers and supervising large operational teams in a multi-department environment

  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational performance while developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, financial management, and customer relationship skills
  • Stable employment history with a demonstrated record of progressive career growth is strongly preferred
  • Candidates whose background is primarily limited to equipment rental operations without significant service and repair leadership experience may not be the best fit for this position

Benefits

  • Base Salary: Up to $165,000-175,000
  • Annual discretionary bonus opportunity of up to 20% of base salary
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company contribution
