Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a unique blend of health insurance expertise and strong IT/technical knowledge. This role requires exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to successfully lead complex healthcare technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end project management for healthcare IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Healthcare & Technical Integration
  • Bridge the gap between clinical/operational healthcare needs and technical solutions
  • Translate complex healthcare requirements into actionable technical specifications
  • Understand health insurance processes, claims management, and reimbursement workflows

Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders including operational staff, IT teams, executives, vendors, and external partners
  • Facilitate effective communication across all organizational levels
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and provide transparent project updates
