HOSPITAL CODING SUPERVISOR

POSITION SUMMARY

The Hospital Coding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the coding department and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant coding of inpatient and outpatient medical records.

This position supervises coding staff, conducts coding audits, provides training and education, and collaborates with other departments to maintain compliance with federal, state, and hospital regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive coding knowledge, and a commitment to accuracy and quality.

EXPERIENCE

Essential:
3-5 years of relevant experience

PAY RANGE

$31.00-$47.91 per hour, based on experience.
