Hacienda Del Sol Resort is seeking a highly organized and experienced Banquet Manager to oversee all banquet operations at our esteemed resort in Tucson, AZ. The ideal candidate will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional event experiences, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding guest satisfaction.

Hacienda Del Sol Resort is seeking a highly organized and experienced Banquet Manager to oversee all banquet operations at our esteemed resort in Tucson, AZ. The ideal candidate will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional event experiences, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute all banquet events from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, event planners, and internal departments to ensure event requirements are met.
- Manage banquet staff schedules, training, and performance.
- Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Resolve any guest issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and catering teams to guarantee quality food and beverage service.
- Prepare reports on event outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Proven experience as a Banquet Manager or similar role in hospitality or event management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Knowledge of banquet operations, health and safety standards, and event planning software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proven training and computer skills with ability to to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. MICROS and Opera experience a plus.
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time and the ability to work indoors and outdoors.
