Job description

Company Description

Air Charter Service is a global leader in private aviation and air charter services, delivering exceptional experiences for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients worldwide. As our Spain operation continues to grow, we are looking for a highly professional and service-driven Flight Representative to join our Madrid team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background, ideally as a VIP or First Class Cabin Attendant, who still wants to be heavily involved in the world of aviation and provide service beyond expectations, but who may be looking for a more office-based role (although flight repping and irregular hours will be required).

Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring that, as far as reasonably possible, every flight that departs from or lands in Spain is welcomed by a Flight Representative. This involves running reports to establish the volume of private charters, engaging freelance Flight Representatives to be available before, during, and after flights, and ensuring they are trained in the ACS way. The Flight Representative's role is to ensure potential problems are mitigated and that clients receive a level of service that is simply not available anywhere else.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run reports to establish the volume and location of private jet charters across Spain.
  • Assign freelance Flight Representatives to be at the airport before and after departures to mitigate and resolve any issues and provide an outstanding client experience.
  • Set up WhatsApp groups for each flight with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Source, train, and onboard new Flight Representatives in the ACS way, ensuring strategic coverage near relevant airports.
  • Act as the point of escalation for issue resolution should any issues arise during the repping period.
  • Produce management information on the number of flights repped and challenges faced, identifying any trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airport stakeholders, FBOs, and operational partners.
  • Work with the global Client Experience team to continually identify ways to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience.
  • Rep flights as and when required.
Qualifications

Skills & Experience Required

Essential

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours.
  • Experience working with HNW/UHNW clients.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in aviation, airport operations, FBOs, private aviation, VIP services, or luxury hospitality.
  • Experience working in operational or client-facing airport environments.

Working Pattern

  • Flexible, flight-driven schedule.
  • Includes weekends, evenings, and irregular hours.
  • Combination of office-based work and airport/FBO operations.
