Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST
Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment for IT and technology positions across multiple state agencies and affiliated organizations. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates and an exceptional recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract and permanent IT positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate technical qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidates through the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Technical Recruiting or IT Recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or related IT roles.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of technical skill sets and current IT hiring trends.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to pass a Massachusetts CORI background check and fingerprint-based security clearance.
- Completion of required security and compliance training.
