POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a full-time on-site position in our North Scottsdale office (DC Ranch).

The Paid Media Specialist will manage and execute all aspects of digital advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in paid search and social media platforms, proficient in tracking, conversions, and analytics implementations, and can optimize campaigns to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

· Oversee full campaign lifecycle: planning, set-up, monitoring, optimization, and reporting

· Execute detailed tracking and analytics implementations using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Facebook Pixel to track events and conversions

· Ensure all key events and conversions across client websites are accurately tracked for actionable reporting

· Regularly analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement improvements to maximize ROI

· Work with clients and internal teams to provide strategic guidance on paid media efforts, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness

· Set up and maintain conversion tracking for calls, form submissions, e-commerce, and other client-specific goals

· Generate and present detailed performance reports and insights to clients regularly

· Stay current on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and tracking technologies

· Manage budgets, campaign pacing, and bid strategies to meet performance goals

· Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive marketing strategies that align paid media with other marketing initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ad campaigns

· Proficient in setting up and optimizing conversion tracking, including using tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Facebook Pixel

· Advanced understanding of PPC (Search & Display), paid social campaigns, and retargeting strategies

· Proven ability to develop, manage, and optimize campaigns based on analytics-driven insights

· Strong proficiency with Google Tag Manager for setting up custom events, tags, triggers, and variables

· Experience with implementing tracking scripts and troubleshooting issues related to tracking on various CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)

· Google Ads Certification is required

· Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain campaign results and recommendations to clients

· Experience with reporting tools such as Google Data Studio or similar

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis

· Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects for various clients simultaneously

· Experience managing large budgets of $100,000+

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience with LinkedIn Ads and any experience with other paid media platforms (e.g., TikTok, X)

· Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with paid media campaigns

· Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization
