Brick is a growth agency specializing in scaling 7 & 8 figure eCommerce brands through Paid Social & Search. We manage millions of dollars in ad spend each month, and we're looking for a Senior Meta Media Buyer who can own performance, drive results, and grow with us.

The Mission

The Senior Meta Media Buyer is responsible for driving profitable client growth through expert Meta ad account management hitting revenue and spend targets set by the pod, and taking full ownership of performance outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize Meta ad accounts across assigned clients, hitting client revenue and spend projections
  • Develop and execute testing strategies across creative, audiences, and copy
  • Analyze performance data and surface actionable insights to the pod
  • Collaborate with the Creative Strategist on briefs and feedback loops
  • Build a standardized Meta account structure playbook for DTC brands
  • Develop a scaling framework with documented thresholds and triggers
  • Lead onboarding research for new clients including competitor analysis, creative audits, and platform insights
  • Own creative strategy across each account translating insights into briefs, testing roadmaps, and creative hypotheses
  • Own daily client communication within Slack, keeping clients updated on performance, creative needs, and key developments
  • Confidently run bi-weekly strategy calls with clients, delivering insights with clarity and poise
  • Prepare clear, actionable weekly reports highlighting key performance insights and next steps
  • Stay ahead of Meta platform updates, media buying strategies, and eCommerce trends
  • Monitor ad account performance over weekends, proactively addressing significant changes in spend or delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for eCommerce brands, with budgets exceeding $100K/month
  • Deep, hands-on understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience strategy, and full-funnel campaign structuring
  • Strong analytical mindset able to interpret raw data, extract insights, and translate findings into strategic action
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills confident presenting performance insights and creative feedback
  • Strong grasp of budget management, pacing, and omnichannel marketing strategy
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Notion is a plus) and attribution tools like TripleWhale
  • Proactive, independent, and organized you don't need to be managed closely
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments, including occasional evening or weekend monitoring
