Big Picture Real Estate Group is a top producing team across Arizona and Nebraska.


This position is part-time with the opportunity to expand into a full time position as we grow.


  • Create Landing Pages and Finish Building Out Sales Funnels
  • Update social media banners regularly.
  • Keep facebook groups engaged and growing.
  • Promote home listings, open houses, and events with mass email campaigns and social media marketing 
  • Weekly emails (templates are provided)
  • Social Media Video
  • Claude experience (training available)
  • Utilize Meta(Facebook) Ad Manager to promote home listings, informative bootcamps, local builders, and brand awareness
  • Meet weekly with team and one on one with agents as needed to help them with their social media presence.
  • Monitor FB campaigns with different objectives through Meta Business Manager by analyzing budget and performance bi-weekly
  • Create lead magnets for prospective clients by giving them something of value and capturing their contact information.
  • Complete weekly and monthly recaps for social media and advertising performance
  • Develop and design informational marketing collateral with Canva
  • Keep Canva Templates Updated and Printed Materials Accessible
  • Update the company’s website using WordPress (KVCORE SITE) 
  • Coordinate and schedule all social media postings throughout 6 platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Google, Tiktok, Linkedin, and Youtube
  • Manage Google My Business Page for Big Picture Real Estate Group
  • Communicate with printing and signage companies for real estate materials
