Job description

**We offer a highly competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, flexibility, and long-term success. **
Position Summary
Uneekor, Inc. uses technology and design to connect the world through golf, empowering every golfer to be the best version of themselves on and off the course. We have revolutionized the US golf simulator industry from the commercial golf simulator market success at the global level by offering first-of-its-kind overhead launch monitors in the open technology platform to thousands of individual golfers. Seamlessly combining hardware and simulator software programs, our passion is to create valuable content, products, and services that fulfill millions of golfers' passion for their love of the game.
As our next Product Manager, you will be driving the vision, prioritization, and execution of our golf simulator hardware and software products. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, UX, QA, sales, and customer experience, translating business and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, data-driven, and comfortable working with both physical hardware products and software platforms. You will own the product backlog, define user stories, and ensure delivery of high-quality features that enhance realism, performance, and usability for golfers at every level.
Your responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the product backlog for Uneekor's simulator hardware and software platforms.
  • Translate the vision, roadmap, and business objectives into clear, step-by-step functional requirements.
  • Perform detailed business analysis to define user workflows, edge cases, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
  • Clearly document functional requirements to ensure alignment across product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, revenue opportunity, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
  • Apply strong knowledge of the game of golf, including practice habits, ball data interpretation, simulator play, and facility operations, to inform product decisions and feature prioritization.
  • Develop high-level and detailed wireframes for new features and enhancements across Uneekor's software platforms.
  • Define user flows and screen-level requirements for both residential (home golfers) and commercial (facilities, operators, and installers) segments.
  • Partner with UI/UX designers to hand off wireframes and requirements for visual refinement and final design execution.
  • Ensure wireframes and UX decisions align with product goals, technical constraints, and user needs.
  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews with R&D and engineering teams.
  • Validate completed work against acceptance criteria prior to release.
  • Collaborate with QA to ensure software and hardware integrations meet performance, reliability, and usability standards.
  • Partner closely with engineering, QA, hardware, and UX/UI teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
  • Work with sales, marketing, customer support, and training teams to incorporate real-world feedback into product requirements.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, installers, resellers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of golfer personas, use cases, and workflows across residential and commercial environments.
  • Monitor competitive offerings and industry trends in golf technology and simulation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Product Management, or a related technical field.
  • Strong ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Passion for golf technology and a strong understanding of how golfers interact with simulation and performance data.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to balance data, user feedback, and business needs.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, gaming, simulation, or sports technology preferred.
  • Familiarity with firmware, sensors, cameras, or hardware/software integration
  • Background in B2C and/or B2B products, including reseller or installer ecosystems.

Physical Demands/Environmental Factors
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
  • Occasionally required to stand and walk.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
