  • Joint Venture Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between RV Tech HR and brand partners to align on assignment terms.
  • Relocation Program Innovation: Design and refine mobility initiatives and global relocation policies.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Maintain dashboards detailing assignment costs, headcount, and program effectiveness for leadership.
  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure processes and policies comply with US and regulatory requirements.
  • Shadow Payroll & Tax Oversight: Manage the shadow payroll process, coordinating compensation data with external tax partners (and internal payroll).
Qualifications

  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally across time zones, specifically with partners in Germany.
  • Communication: High emotional intelligence with the ability to simplify complex policy and tax concepts for employees.
  • Autonomy: Self-starter capable of managing a high volume of cases with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Regional Expertise: Experience navigating complex international labor customs and regulations
  • Navigating Complexity: Previous experience in joint ventures or highly matrixed organizations with multiple corporate parents.
  • Systems Proficiency: Experience building automated workflows and leveraging technology to improve efficiency.
  • Vendor Management: Experience managing a program budget, vendor relationships, and complex invoice/PO approvals.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Experience managing dashboards detailing assignment costs, headcount, and program effectiveness for leadership.
