Job description

St. Jude Regional Catholic School is hiring a part-time Music Teacher/Choir Director for the 2026-27 school year.
This role will report to the Principal and will work with all levels of students; the schedule is flexible but MUST include Fridays for school Mass.

Part-Time Music Teacher (PreK-8th Grade)
Music Education
St. Jude Regional Catholic School is seeking a passionate and faith-filled part-time Music Teacher to teach students in PreK through 8th grade and lead the school choir. Days and schedule can be discussed; however, the teacher must be available on Fridays for school Mass and choir direction.
The ideal candidate will:
Teach general music classes for PreK-8th grade students
Direct and accompany the school choir at weekly Masses and sacramental celebrations
Play the piano proficiently
Lead and organize the Christmas concert/play
Collaborate with teachers on International Day performances and cross-curricular activities
Foster a love of music while supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.
Candidates should demonstrate strong classroom management, creativity, collaboration, and enthusiasm for working with children of all ages.
Experience in music education and choir direction preferred.
