Job description

The Opportunity

RS&H is currently seeking a ProjectWise Systems Technologist to join our team!

This role supports the strategic implementation, governance, integration, and modernization of the firm's Bentley ecosystem, including ProjectWise, Bentley Infrastructure Cloud (BIC), iTwin, and related integrations within operations. This position supports the standardization, configuration, and implementation of digital systems and common data environments (CDEs) to enable effective project delivery. This position provides technical solutions and enhancements at the project and program level while supporting modernization, integration, and lifecycle management of digital platforms. In partnership with project teams and business leaders, this position also applies established standards, pilots new tools, and resolves system-related issues to improve data quality, interoperability, and operational efficiency.

This position requires independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and adaptation / modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria, and must be able to independently solve problems and make decisions. Supervision and guidance mainly concern overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters. Problems faced are difficult and often complex.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in Engineering, Mathematics, GIS systems, or other STEM focus or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of professional architectural, engineering, or related field experience, including advanced level experience in digital tools and standards.
  • Experience working with project teams to select, configure, and maintain appropriate digital tools, standards, and processes (e.g., Bentley, ProjectWise, Autodesk, Civil 3D).
  • Experience with governance frameworks for configuration management, access control, and lifecycle management across CDE platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of assigned software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bentley Accredited ProjectWise Administrator.
  • Proven ability to influence individuals at all levels of the organization and strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a diverse workload with shifting priorities. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, demonstrate professional courage, and guide and influence others.
