Mastermind technical software setups and integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between B2W platforms and third-party applications.

Champion continuous improvement by leveraging data insights and AI-driven efficiencies to evolve onboarding processes.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for client needs and influence the software roadmap.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in software implementation, onboarding, or technical consulting roles.

Strong background in civil construction, engineering, or construction estimating workflows.

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex client engagements simultaneously.

Tech-savvy professional comfortable using CRM systems, productivity suites, and modern AI-enabled tools.

Superior communication skills with a talent for translating technical concepts into business value.
