Summary
As a Project Manager (French Speaking), this individual will guide intake, capacity, priority, and progression of deployments. With this comes extensive project management skills and familiarity with driving internal and external project team members towards specific milestones. Engagements must adhere by transparent project plans, concise technical designs, and timely communication with the entire project team and customer.
 
Responsibilities
  • Project management of technical integrations with our customer's environments and designated Varonis projects covering a broad set of industries.
  • Assist Deployment Engineering managers with capacity planning and forecasting of opportunities and projects.
  • Assist with development of user stories to visualize, track, and automate team processes.
  • Prioritizing project tasks, communicating transparently internally and externally, and driving project teams to meet agreed upon deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal resources, escalations, and third parties to execute projects flawlessly.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress and comply with scope/timelines.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Perform risk management to track and minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project templates, playbooks, and operating documentation
Requirements
Understanding of technology as it relates to:
  • Record of accomplishment of delivering successful technology integration projects, especially in Fortune 500 enterprises.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management working within the Information Technology field.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Cloud Technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter
  • Some travel may be necessary.
  • Native Level French required
