Holley Performance Brands is seeking a Sr. Treasury Manager to support and strengthen the Company’s treasury activities in a public, multi-entity, growth-oriented environment with increasing international complexity.

This role is responsible for day-to-day cash management, liquidity reporting, bank administration, treasury controls, fraud-prevention support, cash forecasting, and treasury support for acquisitions and multi-currency operations. The Sr. Treasury Manager will be a hands-on owner of core treasury processes while supporting the CFO, VP of Finance, and finance leadership on banking strategy, global treasury planning, ERP implementation, and liquidity-related decisions.

The ideal candidate brings practical treasury experience, strong execution discipline, banking knowledge, systems orientation, and the ability to improve processes while maintaining daily treasury reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Management and Liquidity

  • Manage daily cash positioning across domestic and international bank accounts.
  • Monitor cash balances, liquidity availability, and near-term funding needs.
  • Prepare and communicate recurring cash and liquidity reporting.
  • Coordinate cash movements, funding requests, and bank transfers as needed.
  • Partner with AP, AR, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Operations on cash timing and visibility.
  • Identify liquidity risks, timing issues, or cash constraints and escalate with recommendations.
  • Support cash concentration, entity funding, and working capital visibility.

Cash Forecasting

  • Manage the recurring 13-week cash forecast process in partnership with FP&A.
  • Coordinate forecast inputs across receipts, disbursements, payroll, tax, capex, debt service, and operating needs.
  • Compare forecasted cash activity to actual results and explain key variances.
  • Improve forecast accuracy, input accountability, and recurring forecast cadence.
  • Support ERP reporting requirements needed for cash forecasting and liquidity visibility.

Banking Administration and Relationship Support

  • Manage day-to-day banking relationships, service requests, and treasury administration.
  • Support evaluation of Holley’s banking structure, services, pricing, and account footprint.
  • Coordinate banking RFP activity, proposal analysis, implementation steps, and internal follow-up.
  • Manage bank account openings, closings, authorized signers, users, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of bank accounts, services, fees, and access rights.
  • Support banking integrations, payment files, bank reporting, and treasury requirements within ERP implementation.
  • Work with banks and internal stakeholders to resolve service issues and improve efficiency.

Global Treasury and Multi-Currency Support

  • Support treasury execution for acquisitions and international expansion.
  • Coordinate banking and cash management setup for new or acquired entities.
  • Monitor foreign currency activity and help identify exposure or cash movement risks.
  • Support intercompany funding, settlement, and repatriation planning.
  • Partner with Tax on intercompany agreements, transfer pricing support, and global cash movement.
  • Assist with integration of acquired entities into Holley’s treasury, banking, ERP, and control processes.

Treasury Controls, SOX, and Fraud Prevention

  • Execute and maintain treasury-related controls and audit-ready documentation.
  • Support controls over bank access, wire transfers, ACH, positive pay, and payment approvals.
  • Perform or coordinate periodic bank access reviews.
  • Identify control gaps and support timely remediation.
  • Maintain segregation of duties across treasury and banking activities.
  • Partner with AP, AR, Accounting, and ERP project teams on payment security, cash controls, and system access.
  • Support SOX compliance, internal audit requests, and external audit requirements.

Debt and Treasury Administration Support

  • Support recurring treasury administration related to debt, liquidity, and lender reporting.
  • Coordinate letters of credit, bank guarantees, and related banking documentation.
  • Support covenant-related schedules, compliance support, and lender reporting inputs.
  • Track key treasury deadlines, bank fees, service changes, and documentation requirements.
  • Partner with Accounting and FP&A on debt-related cash flow, interest, and fee support.

Process Improvement and ERP Support

  • Support treasury process design, testing, data validation, and cutover activities for ERP implementation.
  • Provide treasury input on cash reporting, bank integrations, payment workflows, controls, and user access.
  • Help ensure treasury processes are scalable, controlled, and aligned with public-company expectations.
  • Clarify ownership and handoffs for cash, banking, payment, and treasury-related activities.
  • Communicate treasury risks, priorities, and recommendations clearly to leadership and project teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or related field required.
  • 5–8 years of treasury, corporate finance, banking, or related experience.
  • Experience with daily cash positioning, liquidity reporting, and cash forecasting.
  • Experience supporting treasury activity in a multi-entity organization.
  • Multi-currency or international treasury exposure preferred.
  • Public company, SOX, or audit-supported environment experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with debt administration, letters of credit, and treasury documentation preferred.
  • ERP, banking portal, or treasury system implementation experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • CTP, CPA, MBA, or relevant treasury certification preferred.

Key Competencies

  • Strong hands-on treasury execution and follow-through.
  • Practical cash management and liquidity planning discipline.
  • Sound judgment with the ability to escalate risks and recommendations.
  • Control-minded approach to banking, payments, access, and fraud prevention.
