Position Summary:Â
The Data Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering reporting and data visualization solutions that support organizational operations and decision-making. This role works across departments to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, and provide clear, actionable insights through dashboards and reports.
While positioned within the Finance department, this role primarily supports enterprise-wide reporting needs rather than direct financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BIÂ
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple systemsÂ
- Utilize Microsoft Access and Excel to support data analysis and reporting requirementsÂ
- Partner with operational, clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to gather reporting requirementsÂ
- Develop and maintain data models to support consistent and scalable reportingÂ
- Produce standard and ad hoc reports to support business operationsÂ
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across systems and reportsÂ
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and visualizations for non-technical usersÂ
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processesÂ
- Document data sources, definitions, and reporting logicÂ
- Support data governance and standardization efforts across the organization
Requirements
