Job description

DESCRIPTION
Responsible for booking over 2,000 events per year for Kona Ice of Madison and Travelin' Tom's Coffee of Central Madison and future businesses. Answering emails and phone calls to facilitate needed information to book events for us in South Central Wisconsin. Candidates must be able to work independently. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are important for this position. Event Coordinator will be using our scheduling and contact software Kona OS, as well as Brayv.AI to help with scheduling and communications with our customers.
We are looking for someone with:
Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and task management.
Excellent written and verbal communications, professional phone/email etiquette.
Comfortable with technology and a quick learner for multiple software platforms.
Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
Available during standard business hours with flexibility during peak season.
Initiate new business through prospecting are events such as school, youth sports and corporate events.
Position is a salaried position with attainable bonuses for excellent work and incremental sales increases.
