POSITION OVERVIEW:
Event Staff at Frostwood Farm Kitchen play a key role in delivering exceptional service and hospitality at all Frostwood events. This position requires teammates to be mobile, attentive, and efficient while maintaining a warm and professional presence. Event Staff circulate throughout the event space to serve guests, support event operations, and ensure the environment remains clean, organized, and aligned with Frostwood standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
  • All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with Frostwood Farm Kitchen service standards:
  • Greet guests and provide warm, attentive hospitality
  • Serve beverages during receptions, cocktail hours, and meal services
  • Support service at a variety of formal and informal events, including dinners, lunches, brunches, cocktail receptions, and cooking classes
  • Clear plateware, glassware, and other service items as needed
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and closing procedures
  • Occasionally assist in the dish area when needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Experience in food operations is preferred
  • Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team-based environment
  • Ability to perform and manage multiple tasks
  • Planning and organizational skills
