About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced End User Computing (EUC) Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing innovative solutions that shape the digital workplace for our customers. You will be responsible for translating complex customer requirements in end-user computing, client engineering, and the digital workplace into robust, scalable, and secure solutions. What You'll Do
  • Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive solutions for customer requirements related to end-user computing, including desktop virtualization, application delivery, and unified endpoint management.
  • Client Engineering Strategy: Develop and implement client engineering strategies to optimize the performance, security, and manageability of end-user devices.
  • Digital Workplace Innovation: Drive the evolution of the digital workplace by evaluating and integrating emerging technologies to enhance collaboration, productivity, and user satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business challenges and technical needs, acting as a trusted advisor to guide them toward the most effective solutions.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert-level technical guidance and mentorship to internal teams and stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales to implementation and support.
  • Experience in solutioning for service desk, onsite support, end user computing (application packaging and software delivery, patch management, modern device management) and collaboration services.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions in areas such as VDI (e.g., VMware Horizon, Citrix), DaaS, UEM (e.g., Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE), and modern OS management (Windows, macOS).
  • Complex Problem-Solving: Tackle and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring that the proposed solutions are resilient, secure, and aligned with industrys best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and respond to complex customer requirements, and a track record of delivering successful customer-centric solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to architect solutions for intricate and challenging customer environments.

Qualifications:
  • 10 + years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in architecture or 10 years in engineering roles related to digital workplace, with a proven track record of successful client engagements.
  • Required Degree: Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields: - Computer Science, - Information Technology (IT), - Computer Engineering, - Management Information Systems (MIS), - Related technical or engineering discipline
  • Advanced Degree (Optional but Valued): Master's Degree in a relevant field such as: - Computer Science, - Information Systems, - Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on technology management
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft (MD-102, AZ-140, MS-102, AZ-305, PL-600), VMware, Citrix, Nexthink). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google C loud) in the context of EUC.
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust security principles and their application in the digital workplace.

Salary Range: $126,200-$148,400 a year
