What You'll Do


The Property Manager is fully accountable for all day-to-day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property, and ensuring the property team is positive and successful.ย This role requires Low Income Housing Tax Credit Experience.


Your day-to-day may include:ย 


  • Support the property's financial goals, manage the asset in the owners' best interest and in accordance with Company policies.ย 
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.ย 
  • Consistently enforce policies of the community in conjunction with Fair Housing Laws.
  • Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and submit on timely basis (i.e., rent rolls, delinquency reports, move-in/move-outs, etc.).ย 
  • Provide oversight of the team to ensure Company procedures are being followed, resulting in orderly and efficient workflows.


Requirements

What You Bring


  • Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing principles.
  • LIHTC experience is required
  • Position requires a minimum of 2 years on-site as a Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Community Manager; will consider 3 years supervisory experience in a customer-service related business with appropriate certification(s).
  • Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The expected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00- $75,000.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
