Job Summary/Description:

Beautiful beaches and mild weather await on the North Carolina coast! WITN, Eastern Carolina’s #1 television station, is hiring a Media Executive to join our team in Jacksonville.

In this role, you’ll help local businesses grow by connecting them with customers through best-in-class marketing solutions across broadcast and digital platforms.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

- Grow and manage strategic marketing partnerships with local businesses across Gray’s digital and broadcast platforms.
- Drive new revenue through daily prospecting and outbound cold calling.
- Own the full sales cycle, including account management and new business development.
- Participate in initial and ongoing training to build skills and improve performance.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Sales and marketing experience preferred.
- Strong digital acumen (integral to the role).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Driven to succeed; self-motivated.
- Highly organized, coachable, and accountable.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Collaborative team player committed to helping local businesses succeed.
