Your role at Clorox:

Executes creative strategy and marketing campaigns for eCommerce across the BU, leveraging eComm as a dual-purpose retail channel and influential marketing lever. Partners with media planning for campaigns, ensures brand consistency, and leads test-learn-scale initiatives. ~75% internal facing, 25% external facing.

In this role, you will:

  • Creative & Campaign Execution: Executes creative strategy and marketing campaigns for eCommerce across the BU.
  • Media Partnership: Partners with media planning for campaigns, ensures brand consistency, and leads test-learn-scale initiatives.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Leads strategic initiatives/projects to advance the BU's eCommerce BX agenda.
  • Content Standards: Develops best practices for PDP content, retail media, and creative assets; maintains brand consistency across platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partners with Commercial, Insights, and Customer teams to translate insights into briefs and creative.
  • Coaches and develops the Performance Marketing Associate Manager.

What we look for:

  • Typically 5+ years of CPG experience with base Brand experience, ~10-15% Travel, and BS/BA Degree
  • Brand Experience/Marketing background with proven campaign execution track record
  • Proficiency in Creative Briefing/Development, Retail Media, Digital Content Optimization, Cross-Functional Influence, Financial Acumen
  • Knowledgeable in eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart.com, Instacart), PDP optimization, retail media, influencer/UGC programs, and test-and-learn methodologies

-Zone B: $120,300 - $237,000
