As a Part-Time Tennis Court Maintenance attendant, you will play a crucial role in the daily upkeep and maintenance of all court surfaces at the National Campus. This position requires strong manual labor, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring the National Campus remains a world-class tennis facility. The Role
  • Perform daily maintenance and preparation of all court surfaces, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Carry out manual labor tasks, including handling heavy loads (80+ lbs.), using drag mats, hoses, spreaders, and other equipment for tennis court preparation.
  • Install windscreens and court equipment as needed.
  • Handle physically ambitious aspects of the job as required.
  • Conduct equipment maintenance, ensuring proper use, storage, and placement.
  • Keep the grounds neat and clean through daily checks and proactive maintenance.
  • Stock and store facility items such as nettings, center straps, benches, etc.
  • Aid in the preparation of the facility for events
  • Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the reputation of the National Campus as a leading, world-class tennis facility.
Who You Are
  • High energy level and a strong work ethic with a "can-do" demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks associated with court maintenance.
  • Previous experience in tennis court maintenance or a related field is an asset.
  • Availability to work on-site and complete required tasks associated with the position.
  • Must arrive for shifts on time, neatly groomed, and in a clean, pressed, well-maintained uniform.
  • This position is designated as "On-Site" and requires the employee to be at the office site to complete the required tasks associated with the role.
What We Offer

This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $17.00.
