Retail Success is a business-to-business FinTech company based in Overland Park, Kansas. From marketing and loyalty, to eCommerce and payments, our software solutions give retailers the power to connect and sell to the world. Our robust solutions include Wayroo, National Merchant Alliance, and Freedom Software.

This is a W-2 position. Applicants must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment authorization (such as an H-1B, O-1, or other employment-based visa) to continue working in the United States.


Work Location:

This role follows a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) based in our Overland Park, KS office. Candidates must live in the Kansas City metro area or be willing to relocate.



Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field required,
  • Minimum of 4+ years professional experience working as a .NET Software Engineer required: experience obtained through academic programs or school projects are not considered qualifying experience,
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Required Skills:

  • ASP.NET C# development experience
  • API Experience, both exposing and consuming RESTful Web Services
  • Data modeling experience
  • Strong SQL Skills
  • A basic understanding of servers, networking, and hosting environments
