The General Manager (Director of Operations) leads all aspects of operations for a premier western resort in Wyoming, bringing visionary leadership and operational expertise to a dynamic, guest-focused hospitality environment. This role is responsible for driving revenue, overseeing all resort departments, and maintaining the highest standards of guest experience, service excellence, and financial performance in a unique and destination-driven setting.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Director of Operations within a luxury or destination resort, western hospitality environment, or similar full-service property
  • Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and optimizing overall resort performance across multiple departments
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and operational excellence
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all resort operations across all departments, ensuring consistent quality, exceptional guest satisfaction, and alignment with the resort's brand standards and western hospitality identity
  • Drive financial performance through strategic planning, revenue optimization, cost control, and proactive management of all operational and departmental functions
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop resort leadership teams while fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement in a one-of-a-kind destination environment
