Job description

The Digital Marketer is a hands-on creative role focused on content creation, brand voice development, and storytelling. This position is ideal for someone who loves capturing real moments, turning them into compelling visual content, and shaping how a brand shows up across digital platforms.

You will be responsible for creating, managing, and evolving our brand presence through video, photography, design, social media, and email marketing. Acting as a bridge between our company and the community, youโ€™ll help define our voice, grow engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across all channelsโ€”online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Voice & Strategy

  • Develop and maintain a clear, consistent brand voice across all platforms
  • Translate company values, culture, and initiatives into engaging, on-brand content
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging alignment across marketing and internal communications

Content Creation & Media Production

  • Video Capture & Editing (Primary Focus):
  • Capture short-form and long-form video content for social media, email campaigns, and marketing initiatives
  • Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Photography & Visual Assets:
  • Capture and edit photography for social media, campaigns, portfolios, and internal use
  • Create platform-specific graphics and visual assets that align with brand standards

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
  • Write captions and copy that reflect brand voice and drive engagement

Email Marketing

Education / Experience:
