Job description


Product Manager – Digital Health Team
Responsibilities:
  • Define and align on North Star and supporting metrics for multiple product areas (growth, engagement, retention, monetization).
  • Partner with product teams to set analytics requirements during product development, ensuring instrumentation and event logging are accurate, consistent, and scalable.
  • Collaborate with the Data Analyst and Data Science teams to design and prioritize dashboards for executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a cross-product measurement framework to ensure comparability and clarity of metrics across apps.
  • Partner with Engineering to ensure data quality, event tracking, and instrumentation meet business needs.
  • Influence senior leadership by translating data into insights, highlighting trade-offs, and guiding strategic decisions.
  • Drive a culture of data-informed decision making across product teams.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence, preferably at scale.
  • Demonstrated experience in defining and operationalizing key product metrics.
  • Strong understanding of data instrumentation, event tracking, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Proven ability to partner with analytics, engineering, and executive teams to deliver insights that drive business impact.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex data concepts for executives.
  • Bachelor of Science/Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
