This role offers high visibility and significant career growth potential for candidates who consistently deliver results.

About MTI: For more than 50 years, Micro-Tronics has manufactured precision components for the aerospace, space, and defense industries. Based in Tempe, Arizona, we manufacture precision, high-quality products and provide innovative solutions that satisfy customer requirements. • Work closely with Customer Service to ensure exceptional responsiveness and communication throughout the sales process.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer while balancing Micro-Tronics' business objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer organizations, including decision-makers, procurement processes, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
