  • Enter data accurately into Smartsheets from a ticketing program.
  • Track and manage internal orders, ensuring timely communication with internal teams.
  • Coordinate data entry tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Utilize Excel for basic data manipulation, including filtering and sorting.
  • Collaborate with transportation coordinators for shipment updates as needed.
Skills
  • Proficient in using Smartsheets for data entry and management.
  • Strong basic Excel skills, including familiarity with VLOOKUPs and formulas.
  • Experience in supply chain operations or related fields.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members.
