Job Description
We're seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field execution on complex data center construction projects where precision, coordination, and reliability are critical. This role plays a key part in delivering mission-critical facilities by driving daily site operations and ensuring installations meet demanding performance standards. You'll work alongside an experienced project team focused on quality execution, safety, and successful project delivery from ground-up construction through turnover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily field activities and coordinate trade partners throughout all phases of construction
  • Manage installation sequencing for mechanical and electrical equipment within mission-critical environments
  • Maintain project schedules and track field progress to support milestone completion
  • Support commissioning activities and ensure systems are prepared for functional testing and startup
  • Utilize project management platforms to document progress, issues, and field coordination efforts

Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting data center construction projects
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and equipment installations
  • Background in new construction environments with complex coordination requirements
  • Experience using Procore for field documentation and project tracking
  • Commissioning experience with platforms such as CXAlloy preferred
  • Demonstrated supervision and field leadership experience
  • Strong scheduling awareness and ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced field settings
