Manager, Cyber Technical - IAM

As a Manager, Cyber Technical (IAM) you will be a key member of the identity and access Management operations and certifications team. You'll lead innovative, data-driven solutions that strengthen Capital One's security posture and improve operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage both quantitative and qualitative analysis for complex data structures to generate actionable business insight and support IAM strategy.

  • Analyze data requirements and requests from management, define operational problems, and develop models and frameworks for validation and problem solving.

  • Lead a team of cyber data analysts providing mentorship, guidance, and performance oversight.

  • Architect, engineer, and deploy enterprise-grade IAM frameworks by utilizing advanced data engineering and programmatic automation to build resilient, high-availability identity solutions.

  • Present complex data analysis concepts to diverse audiences in non-technical areas in clear and concise terms.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification

  • At least 4 years of experience in Information Security

  • At least 1year of experience supporting SailPointApplications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 2+ years of experience in people management

  • 5+ years of development and operations experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ

  • 3+ years of development and operations experience in SailPoint ISC

  • 4+ years of experience in Implementation, Configuration, Customization and deployment in an enterprise environment

  • 4+ years of experience in Java, JavaScript, Selenium, JSON, XML, Python and REST development

  • 3+ years of experience with database like Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres

  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle APEX or Tableau

  • 1+ years of experience designing, developing, delivering, and supporting AI tools and services

  • AWS Certification

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
