Job Descriptio
nWe are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Mechanical Project Manager to lead mechanical engineering projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, procurement, manufacturing, suppliers, and aftermarket support. The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills and hands-on experience with Creo to review mechanical designs and engineering documentation
.Key Responsibilitie
- sLead and manage mechanical engineering projects from initiation through successful completion
- .Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- .Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve project issues
- .Coordinate activities across design engineering, procurement, manufacturing, suppliers, and aftermarket teams to ensure project alignment
- .Review mechanical designs, models, and engineering drawings using Creo
- .Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- .Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and performance requirements
- .Support engineering change management (ECN/ECO) processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- .Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive timely execution
- .Ensure compliance with company engineering standards, quality procedures, and safety requirements
.Required Qualification
- sBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- .Minimum 3 years of experience in Mechanical Project Management, Project Engineering, or a similar engineering leadership role
- .Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- .Proficiency with Creo CAD software for reviewing mechanical designs and drawings
- .Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- .Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, suppliers, and aftermarket support
- .Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced engineering environment
.Preferred Qualification
- sExperience with engineering change management (ECN/ECO) processes
- .Familiarity with manufacturing and product development lifecycle
- .Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software
- .PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
