Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is a company seeking a CREO Support Engineer / Analyst to provide essential support and problem resolution for CREO and Teamcenter systems. The role involves onboarding new hires, creating training materials, and documenting system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
Responsibilities:
• Act as first point of contact for problem resolution and resolve key systemic production issues
• Provide new hire onboarding and ongoing daily support of CREO (Multisite US)
• Create Teamcenter user training material and Document FAQs for repetitive user issues
• Document test cases for system integration testing and UAT
• Work on Teamcenter - Creo integration issues
• Provide Teamcenter support, this is a smaller portion of the role
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years' experience of Creo customizations and configurations on both server and client sides BMIDE using ITK, C++, JAVA and SOA.
• TC-Creo integrations, Active Workspace and Creo Integration.
• Daily User and admin support of Creo issues and if possible Teamcenter.
• Documentation experience to create test case documents and User training manuals is must.
• PLM experience with any of the following is desired Teamcenter, 3DExperience, or Windchill.
• Multisite expertise (US and Canada)
Preferred:
• Direct experience with Teamcenter Configurations and supporting Teamcenter L1/L2/L3 issue
• Expertise in Workflows, Classification administration, project and Access Manager.
• Expertise in latest active Workspace versions configurations.
• Teamcenter configuration expertise for BMIDE
• Multi CAD support experience.
