Ford's Colony Country Club is seeking a dependable, team-oriented Banquet Cook to join our culinary team. This position plays an important role in delivering high-quality food and exceptional experiences for weddings, tournaments, banquets, member events, and club dining operations.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in food quality, works well under pressure, and values teamwork, professionalism, and consistency.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Prepare food items according to production schedules and quality standards
  • Assist with banquet preparation, plating, and event execution
  • Prep food items ahead of service while minimizing waste
  • Maintain proper food labeling, rotation, and storage standards
  • Check pars, complete line setup, and communicate shortages or out-of-stock items
  • Receive and properly store deliveries from food vendors
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen
  • Assist with inventory management and monthly food audits
  • Break down boxes and remove trash as needed
  • Prepare and make ice cream for Sweet Rose Ice Cream Shop
  • Learn and utilize the property's scheduling/PMS system
  • Support the Kitchen Manager and culinary team with additional duties as assigned

  • Reliable transportation required
  • Minimum of two years of kitchen or restaurant experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
