Job description

Are you passionate about providing exceptional service in a beautiful, team-oriented setting? Fordโ€™s Colony Country Club is seeking friendly, professional, and energetic Banquet Servers to join our hospitality team. As a Banquet Server, you will help create memorable dining experiences for our members and guests by delivering outstanding food and beverage service during special events, banquets, and private functions.

Compensation:ย $3.00/hr + service charges

What You'll Be Doing:ย 

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Present menus, describe daily specials, and answer questions about food and beverage offerings.
  • Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders, ensuring all details are correct.
  • Professionally present and pour wines/champagnes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with state liquor laws, including verifying guest age.
  • Monitor tables throughout service, refilling beverages and anticipating guest needs.
  • Assist with clearing, resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Process payments, operate cash registers, and provide accurate change/receipts.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth, timely service.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously, referring to management when necessary.
  • Support teammates and contribute to a positive, service-driven environment.
