Job description

Overview

Do you have a passion for using data to understand consumer behavior?  If becoming a thought leader in a space that is at the forefront of connecting with consumers is your aspiration, you could be the perfect candidate to become the Associate Manager for our consumer data ecosystem analytics.

This is a unique and future-forward role that will work across the PepsiCo portfolio of brands to deliver increased ROI from our consumer data ecosystem investments by deeply understanding business needs and delivering solutions.


Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for: 

  • Developing and executing a strong technical understanding of PEP data resources alongside business problems to solve, in order to unlock use cases and drive continuous improvement of our capabilities.
  • Managing consumer data roadmap projects from ideation through to development and delivery (e.g. data refreshes and audits, data integration updates), requiring excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management between technical teams & business teams. 
  • New capability rollout & communication to stakeholder groups across insights, brand, media, marketing science & others. 
  • Managing ad hoc insights projects for cross-functional stakeholder groups, from intake through to delivery, including prioritization and quantifying impact/ value. 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of experience in consumer data, insights, audience, media, marketing or related fields, ideally within CPG
  • Cloud platform familiarity, ideally Snowflake
  • Must have SQL experience.  Python recommended but not required
  • Comfortable with Statistics
  • Understanding of how to leverage data for insights, media, and measurement, including experience working with technical teams to deliver business objectives
  • Strong Business Acumen: You understand how brand marketers and business operators think, and you know how to structure data to answer their specific questions
  • Proven ability to tackle ambiguous, open-ended business problems by designing end-to-end analytical approaches—scoping, coding, extracting insights, and delivering stakeholder-ready presentations including strategic recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and storytelling skills 
  • Ability to collaborate, especially with technical teams, and to build excellent cross-functional working relationships
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear vision and use cases  
  • Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize accordingly
