Job Description Job Title: Project Manager - Construction Materials Testing Location: Granger, IN Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager for our Construction Materials Testing division in Granger, IN. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and completion while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. The role demands strong leadership skills, technical expertise in construction materials testing, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple construction materials testing projects simultaneously, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget. - Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and coordinate resources efficiently. - Oversee the testing and evaluation of construction materials, including concrete, soil, asphalt, and other building materials.

- Ensure all testing procedures comply with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes in project scope. - Collaborate with field and laboratory staff to ensure accurate and timely collection and analysis of data.

- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of testing results and project progress. - Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high standards are met across all projects. - Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to foster professional development.

- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in construction materials testing.
