What you'll do:

The Assistant Supervisor supports the planning, coordination, and execution of pharmaceutical projects under the guidance of senior project managers. This role assists with scheduling, documentation, and tracking of project deliverables, while helping coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, validation, quality, and construction. The Assistant Supervisor monitors project progress, identifies potential issues, and supports problem resolution to ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and compliant with regulatory and GMP requirements. This position provides a foundation for developing project management skills in a highly regulated, technical environment.

    • Support development of project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation under senior PM guidance.
