Community Health Partners (CHP) is seeking full-time Primary Care physicians to join our thriving, well-established primary care practices located throughout Fresno and Clovis. As a Primary Care Physician you will:

  • Preform wellness and health exams and other preventative screenings
  • Review prescription medicines
  • Review lab results
  • Treat illness and injuries
  • Treat chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, chronic pain, depression, anxiety and high cholesterol
  • Refer to specialty care, as needed

Education
โ€ข Doctor of Medicine (MD) required

Licenses and Certifications
โ€ข Eligible to be licensed to practice Medicine in the state of California required
