Schedules the movement of all inbound and outbound goods and services with shipping, receiving, security and other departments as necessary.

Essential Job Duties

  • Dispatch trucks and all orders to be processed.
  • Ensure parts and services are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Set routes with drivers.
  • Set up paperwork for incoming vendors.
  • Communicate with sales, warehouse, and delivery staff on delivery and routing issues.
  • May have to handle UPS orders and customer pickups.
  • Ensure that all vendors' parts are correctly processed per company policy.
  • Ensure that all returns to vendors are done correctly following company policy.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Not responsible for supervising employees.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED
