GENEVA, AL $17.00hr/paid weekly Monday - Friday | 8:00am-Finish SUMMARY: The primary duty of this position is to assist department performing any combination of clerical duties requiring general knowledge and application of various work methods and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist department, performing any combination of clerical duties requiring general knowledge and application of various work methods and procedures. Links inbound containers to CICS and JDA system (including expedite) Resolves all ASN issues in a timely manner Processes BOL's Works closely with transportation regarding all inbound loads on the ILC yard Monitor and logs all inbound loads Communicates with inbound operations regarding all linking ASN and processing issues Perform additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITES Required: High School or GED equivalency Familiarity with the Materials Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) binder Possess basic computer skills (Excel & Word) Possess good communication skills (oral & written) General computer skills Certified in the operation of forklifts Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed Must be able to manage multiple tasks REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma and or GED.
